Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Overview
Junction Hot Yoga's in-person Yin Yoga Teacher Training Program is developed and taught by long-time Yin Yoga Teacher Audrey Benton. Yin Yoga focuses on the body's connective tissues and the mind's tranquility. It is a subtle yet powerful practice that targets the body's connective tissues in a way other practices cannot, thereby improving the body's range of motion. It also promotes a sense of mental calm and overall relaxation. This teacher training will combine theory, posture clinics focusing on Yin Yoga Poses and counter exercises, Yin Yoga practice, and the development of Yin Yoga teaching skills. Participants will have the tools to teach Yin Yoga at the end!
