Samuel has been practicing & teaching yoga for 4 years now; building a lifestyle & commitment centered around achieving the absolute best possible state of being one can be.
His unique style of teaching adds a wonderful flare and charm to his classes, with a mindful approach centered around the mind-body connection. For Samuel, Yoga, is a moving meditation of mental stillness. He leads from the heart in every class, and strives to see his students grow beyond themselves!
Outside of class - you'll find Samuel often reading with a cup of tea or coffee at a local cafe. Bouldering at Momentum or SBP. At home, cooking new recipes.
In the gym or hiking the PNW with friends!
