Nicole

Nicole Hamilton

Nicole found yoga in her late 20’s, stressed, depressed, unhealthy and anxious. What started as a practice towards a healthier body, resulted in a complete mind, body and spiritual transformation. Upon completing her first teacher training, in 2013, Nicole found herself almost immediately balancing a full teaching schedule while working as an operations manager for a manufacturing company. Eventually, Nicole left her ‘day job’ to become a full-time yoga teacher. A decade later, with hundreds of hours of training and thousands of hours of teaching, Nicole is fully immersed in yoga - as a student and teacher.

Nicole’s style of teaching is steady, functional and energetically focused. Incorporating yoga philosophy, ancient astrology and the natural elements; Nicole’s hope is that students learn something in her class - about yourself, your body, or your movement.

Nicole teaches in-studio at Junction Hot Yoga, works with private and corporate clients, leads yoga teacher training and continuing education programs, as well as, mentors other teachers. Nicole is also co-owner of Adaptive Yoga Northwest - an organization dedicated to supporting the yoga practice of folks with disability and mobility challenges.

Nicole is an avid outdoor adventurer and traveler.  When not working, you’ll likely find Nicole hiking around the Pacific Northwest with her sweet dog, leading yoga retreats in nature, or building a future yoga retreat home in Northwestern Montana.
