Elizabeth Thomas

A lifelong athlete, yogi and dancer, Elizabeth has been teaching yoga since her training in 2008. Her classes are thoughtful, dynamic, challenging and playful. Logging over 10,000 hours of teaching, Elizabeth is known for creative sequencing, focus on breath and building connection. She creates community in every class. With a deep belief in yoga as a tool of inquiry, Elizabeth helps to connect yogis with each other and themselves. She strives to hold space for exploration & growth, while supporting a safe and sustainable practice.
