Spring has over 28 years of extensive health and fitness teaching experience ranging from step aerobics and weight lifting to yoga and mediation with almost everything in between.  Her passion for teaching fitness is driven from that amazing feeling that everyBODY can feel while exercising.

 

Spring has been a gymnast from 6 years old through university which then led her to an amazing path of competitive International Powerlifting.  Following 6 world championship titles and a few world records, my love for fitness led into a new passion for yoga, meditation and thai yoga and massage.  Spring has been trained in the art of mat pilates and barre style exercises.  Recently, she trained in trauma informed yoga practices and restorative yoga methods.

 

Spring brings a plethora of experiences and passion to each class.
