Stephanie Orgill

Stephanie started practicing yoga over ten years ago when her years of bartending had left her feeling unfulfilled.  Right away she realized she had found something transformative, something that would always be part of her life.

After suffering from a broken back and a shattered ankle in a car accident in 2013, her relationship with yoga evolved into a mindful healing practice.  Through yoga, Stephanie was able to heal herself in ways doctors never expected.

Stephanie took over 200 hours Vinyasa teacher training in Tempe, Arizona just one year after the car accident.  She continued her yoga education with an Ashtanga apprenticeship and training in Gosh Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ayuveda and Yin Yoga.

Stephanie's training style is alignment based and she focuses on helping others heal through accessible and mindful yoga.
