Shannon has been practicing yoga since 2010. She stumbled into her first hot classes and heavily started practicing Hatha (The 26), Power Vinyasa, and Yin. Shannon took her first yoga teacher training in 2015 at the Center for Yoga of Seattle studying Iyengar Yoga. In 2016 she graduated from Bastyr University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and Wellness. Four years later she completed her 500hrs with The Ivy Standard Yoga Institute in Utah to teach the 26&2 method of yoga.
Shannon is local to Seattle and in addition to practicing and teaching she is a performing artist who specializes in hula hooping, aerials, pole, & dance! Shannon is passionate about providing a playful class to others with an emphasis on alignment and creativity.
