Erika Neubauer

Erika’s first hot yoga class was in 2006 and the strength and flexibility she felt in her body, the peace she experienced in her mind, were amazing. She went to a nine week intensive Bikram yoga TT training in 2009 and dedicated her life to teaching yoga. In 2012 Erika was introduced to yin yoga, got hooked to its deep meditative aspects, and 3 years later she completed a 200 hour training course.

Erika feels that holding space for students to learn at their own pace and discover the joys of practicing is truly an honor. The gratitude she finds in learning to accept her own body and mind is what brings Erika contentment and happiness . There’s something special about showing up on your mat, being present, and letting the rest of the world fall away. I love that I can share this experience with others and encourage them to feel the same.

When Erika is not teaching you can find her practicing yoga, hiking, skiing, and generally trying to be one with nature. It’s important to find pleasure in daily life.
That is true yoga!
