Sound meditations are full body experiences. Nicole provides a profound container in which to relax, set intentions, and allow sound to resonate through your body. Through this meditation we will honor, integrate and release the experiences of the past year and bring in themes of connection, creation, compassion, and good health for the next year.
Breathing and Pranayama Workshop

In this course, students will learn about breathing mechanics and exercises, starting with the fundamentals of proper breathing. The curriculum covers general breathing anatomy and how breathing impacts the nervous system.
