Mike began his yoga journey in the Fall of 2011. He observed a noticeable difference in how he felt after only 3 classes! The numbness he’d experienced in his limbs after sitting for even a short time started to dissipate and only got better over as he continued on with his practice. In 2018, after 7 years of seeing the healing benefits of yoga firsthand, he trained with Bikram. His ongoing focus is to bring the healing properties of yoga to others.
