Leilani Mañulu

Leilani Mañulu began her yoga journey in 2011 as a way to connect with her body while processing childhood trauma. Since then, she has been an avid practitioner of the 26 (formerly Bikram yoga), power vinyasa, yin yoga, and yoga Nidra. In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, she began studying to become a yin yoga and yoga nidra teacher under Audrey Tollefsen who utilizes the teachings of Bernie Clark (yin yoga) and Richard Miller (yoga nidra).
Leilani's expertise in emotional intelligence and energy healing also contributes to her teaching style, allowing for energetic and emotional awareness and release during her classes. One of her most sacred goals is to make healing modalities such as yoga accessible to BIPOC communities, especially self-identifying women of color.
