Kids Yoga 8 to 12

Mondays August 8, 15, 22 & 29              9:30am-10:30am

Cost $100 for all four sessions

 

This is a kids Yoga program for ages 8 to 12 of all genders. As our students reach the preteen/tween years, our biggest goal is to help promote self-confidence, respect, a positive body awareness, and breathing exercises to cope with life's stressors. We begin to introduce adult-level flowing sequences and more physically challenging poses, preteens will build strength and flexibility. Visualization and breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can be applied toward everyday situations. Partner and group poses are emphasized, and age-appropriate yoga games are included in every class.
