Yoga Nidra is a generally accessible form of guided meditation known as “yogic sleep.” It’s usually practiced by lying down with a teacher guiding the session. The practice draws our attention inward, and we learn to be between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium. We fall into a state of deep, blissful awareness.
